Thanks for posting in our business forum.
First, you posed on the wrong page. This is a VIGI Security Solution. It should be posted on the VIGI camera or NVR page.
Second, to unbind a device, you can either reset it or do it on the VIGI product's web page. Log in to their IP address and unbind your TP-Link ID from the device.
