Region : Belgium

Model : TL-ANT2415D

Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version :

ISP : telenet

Here's the situation.

I bought a outdoor AP/repeater (wa7210n) for use on a camping so I could connect to hotspots provided by my ISP. However, as it turns out it doesn't work. (this is the thread http://forum.tp-link.com/showthread.php?75678-Connection-to-ISP-s-Hotspot-using-wa7210n )

So I guess a wifi adapter is the only way to go. I am currenty using a wifi adapter (netgear WNA3100) which barely gets a signal indoors.

What would be my best option to get a decent signal? it has to have outdoor and omnidirectional (important) capabilities, so which adapter and antenna (and maybe other accessories) would fit my needs?

thanks in advance.

I'm getting mixed signals here. On the AP section they say it won't work because it's a Captive Portal network. I tried the PPoe thing and it didn't work. I tried every option. noneof them work.

Also, the reason I want to go for omni directional is that these hotspots are FON-like. They are on the routers from other clients of the same ISP. If they turn off their router/modem (which is very likely, since it's on a camping) I have to reposition the antenna every time.
