WRD4300 cant connect wired

WRD4300 cant connect wired

I upgraded the firmware, I can see the wi-fi and can connect with the pin password.
But can't connect with wired, even connected with a dhcp server (another router). And without the wired I cant access the web ui, if I try access 192.168.0.1 I get timeout (using wi-fi).
When I try to do the factory reset the last light (from left to right) keep on without blink and nothing changes after that.
I tried to access with ssh but the port 22 is refused.
Any tips?
