M7200 V2 Firmware update issue

Hi,
I have a M7200 V2 and my current FW installed in my M7200 is: "2.0.6 Build 201020 Rel.1008n" (updated in 2020).
Recently I saw a new firmware update in the tp-link spain support website (https://www.tp-link.com/es/support/download/m7200/v2/#Firmware).
After Download the new firmware, and unpack it, 3 files are present, 2 pdfs, and the file "M7200(EU)_4.0 4.0.2 Build 241115 Rel.0004n User.zip" with the firmware to be uploaded into M7200 using the administration portal as indicated in the instructions in the pdfs.
After login in my M7200 and follow the instructions, the uploading step starts, and over the 35%, a message appears:
"Update failed. The update file is not suitable for the current firmware."
Can anyone help me in order to update to the new firmware (M7200(EU)_V2_4.0.2 Build 241115, released in 2025-02-11 )?
Thanks in advance.

@Marvin_S Thanks for the response. I'm already unzip the the downloaded package ( "M7200(EU)_V2_4.0.2 Build 241115.zip" ) from the official TPlink site and uploaded to my M7200 device the inner zip ("M7200(EU)_4.0 4.0.2 Build 241115 Rel.0004n User.zip"), but no luck. I'm currently have in my M7200 the previous version M7200(EU)_V2_201020 (2020-11-12) and the M7200(EU)_V2_4.0.2 Build 241115 it's the new one for my V2 device, but seems to be a problem with the update. I don't know if it's necessary to touch manually any inner file inside the "M7200(EU)_4.0 4.0.2 Build 241115 Rel.0004n User.zip" of if there is an error in the published package. Any idea?

Hi, thanks for your further sharing.
Did you log into the web UI of your M7200 via a computer?
According to your description, the process should be correct. So can you try to log into the web UI on another computer or change another web broswer to login?
And yo may also upgrade to the middle firmware version for a try.
Thanks for your cooperation and have a nice day.

@Marvin_S Yes, I was logged in my M7200 V2 from PC browser.
Using autoupdate is unable to locate the new firmware published:
Manual update using "M7200(EU)_4.0 4.0.2 Build 241115 Rel.0004n User.zip" in 3 different browsers (after extract "M7200(EU)_4.0 4.0.2 Build 241115 Rel.0004n User.zip" from the downloaded file "M7200(EU)_4.0_4.0.2 Build 241115.zip"):
(Manual update Chrome v136.0.7103.93 64 bits)
(Manual update Edge v136.0.3240.64 64 bits)
(Manual update Firefox v138.0.1 64 bits):

@baohd Yes, seeing the numbers seems to be the 4.x, but in the TPlink page, selecting in the combo V2, appears this version in the downloads available for V2, so there is a bug in the download page (i've supposed that version was compatible, becasus if appears in the filtered downloads for V2, but may don't be compatible).
This issue could happen in other products, and if the update don't check the version like in my case, could generate a bricked device.
