Stop send Remind email
Since signing up for the trial, I have received **over 30 automated reminder emails** in a very short period (approximately every 30 minutes). This frequency is **extremely disruptive** and has made it difficult to focus on evaluating your product. While I understand the intent is to provide helpful updates, the current volume feels more like harassment than legitimate communication.
**My request is straightforward:**
1. **Immediately cease all non-essential emails** related to my trial account.
2. If critical system notifications are required, limit them to **once per day at most**.
I chose Omada CBC to explore its capabilities in good faith, but this experience has significantly impacted my ability to do so. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to discontinue the trial and escalate the matter further.
