When I click 'Easy Setup Assistant' and then 'Start' it automatically says..

I've place the CD into my laptop, it loads up, I click easy setup assistant, then I click my language and then start, it automatically shows this http://gyazo.com/b915501d26e43ce362b854480f75e703 then says the program has completely stopped and gives me an optus to close it.
I don't know what to do?
