Hi, 

I'm looking to connect my NVR to the Vigi VMS. However I have encountered an error.

Device details:

Device Model VIGI NVR2016H(UN) 1.20

Firmware Version 1.2.1 Build 241227 Rel.58554n

IP Address 192.168.1.105

When i try to connect using the software, i am getting a login timeout error. Can you help me configuring this?

Can someone tell me what ports and IP address to enter in the software? ( Local IP or Public IP).
