Hi Everyone,

Last week I bought a TP-LINK N300 TL-WN823N 300Mbps Mini Wireless N USB Adapter and I am running it on Win 8.1 Pro, 64. It was working last week and then two days ago I tried to to clean up the system tray now it isn't working.

When I go through the installation process I get to page 15 in the manual below.

http://www.tp-link.com/resources/document/TL-WN823N_V1_User_Guide_191001.pdf

Once I am supposed to get to #8, when the various wi-fi networks are supposed to show up nothing happens. The TP Link installer turns all grey and I can't access any networks or anything. I am forced to close off and nothing happens.

Any help is appreciated.

thanx...

Here is some info on how I got my adapter to work. After trying many, many things that included drivers I decided that maybe it was a a USB connection issue. So, I read on Tom's Hardware that if you unlplug all of your other USB's than you can get things going. The mini USB wasn't being recognized. Once I unplugged other USB's and soley put in the mini it recognized it. I blame this to be a tower issue and not on the the part of TP Link. Thanks to Hannah for her help.
