Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version : 3.13.35

ISP :

I am having trouble with my archer C7 v1.1. The wifi connection at 2.4GHz cannot pass 30Mbit/s, while at 5GHz it gets to 200Mbit/s. This result is confirmed both on my tablet (Nexus 7 2013) and in my laptop (Hp Pavillion Ultrabook). Can someone guide me through the steps to find out what is going on here?

Please install inSSIDer software and give us screenshot from NETWORK tab. We like to see signal level and interference from other wireless networks.

There is a lot of signals around creating interferences.
Try to force the bandwidth to 20Mhz...

I confirm it. Please try with 20MHz and another channel.

Changing to 20mhz did not help. Changing channel did not help either. I having throughout slower than 20mbit now. My old router was able to get to. 60mbit throoughput.. This router is really terrible at 2.4ghz

I suggest you to check near the router.
Check also all the antennas.

I am checking in front of the router.. No. Objects in between.. Antennas are internal for the 2.4ghz band..

Any other ideas?

Did you try to upgrade/downgrade the firmware?

If yes, you have probably to replace your router...

Yes, I tried 2 firmwares. This problem happens only on 2.4GHz band. Is there any chance it is a configuration problem?

I think it's an hardware problem, but to be sure, I suggest you to test your router in another place (friend, parent, etc.) with another client machine...
