Russian firmware TL-WR841ND_V8_140228_RU not available in english

Hi Team,
On the russian web page of TPLINK for WR841ND v8 I found a new firmware update
TL-WR841ND_V8_140228_RU with the following bug fix :
- Fixed a problem with the transfer of multicast over the wireless network
- Added support for restoring the firmware via TFTP
I wonder if this firmware is russian specific because it's been a long time since TL-WR841ND V8 firmware wasn't updated (the last known firmware being TL-WR841ND_V8_130506)
