Windows Cannot Access \\tplinklogin.net

I've plugged in a USB drive into the C7, it can see it (as per the picture), but when I go to Run - \\tplinklogin.net I get the error - Windows cannot access \\tplinklogin.net
I'm on windows 8.1, not sure if that's what's causing the drama. Is there another way to connect to the drive? It would be great to get this usability from this router...
