multiple VLAN, multiple DHCP scope

Dear all,
Sorry if I post this question in the wrong section.
I've looked into demo web interface of many TP-Link routers, but it not clear to me if (and on which router) it is possible to create multiple VLANs and have multiple DHCP Scopes (1 per VLAN in my needs).
I'd like to implement the following:
TP-Link ROUTER
BR0 - WAN
eth0-2 - VLAN 100 - IP 192.168.100.254 - DHCP Server 192.168.100.1-50 -> 1st Apartment
eth3 - VLAN 200 - IP 192.168.200.254 - DHCP Server 192.168.200.1-50 -> 2nd Apartement
Is it possible to do something like this with any TP- Link router? It's not necessary WiFi as long as I could buy a TP-Link AP.
Thank you,
Riogezz
