Problem with accessing FTP from internet

Model : Archer C7
Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version : v2
ISP : KabelDeutschland
Hello,
I just set up my Archer C7 and now have problems accesing the USB-FTP-server via internet.
Its already possible to access the server from the local network(192.168...), but when I try to access via internet the connection times out.
I made a test on: https://ftptest.net/ - this is the result:
