TP Link configured but unable to receive Internet Traffic

I have been trying to set this wifi router, but unsuccessful since last few days.
The configuration seems to be done and also the it seems to get connected, yet i am unable to surf net on PC as well as Mobile.
I can see that the Internet Traffic statistics show the data being sent but not data being received. (attached)
Can anyone help. I have followed all the steps and configured the connection on TL link website. I am not sure what is missing.
