Hello.

I have a problem with the network adapter tp link tx401(up to 10 gb). I use the pci express bus and when i restart the computer the famous blue screen appears. I remove the new hardware and it works. I try to install drivers (from tp link web) and it does not work because it needs the hardware inside the machine. Is possible or not install tp link 401 in my computer? I have w-11 y my pc: hp pavilion desktop TP01-3000i with 1 PCIe 3.0 x16.

Thx for all

Hi, welcome to our community.

This reason is very likely because the computer’s motherboard has a built-in Intel wireless adapter, in this case, if you install another wireless adapter with an Intel chip, there may be a variety of abnormal issue, including blue screen.

So it is suggested to disable the built-in Intel wireless adapter first.

You may refer to the guide to know more: Why getting Blue screen or an unstable connection when using a Wi-Fi 6/6E PCI-E wireless adapter?

Thank you and best regards.
