Hi!
I encountered a problem when authorizing guest WiFi users via an external RADIUS server. The problem is that when attempting to authorize a user, there are no requests from the controller to the RADIUS server. The port is specified as UDP 1812.
I found out this problem using Wireshark running on the Omada server. I try to generate requests using a third-party utility - Wireshark sees requests to port 1812. When an attempt is made to authorize a guest on WiFi - there are no requests to port 1812.

Hello.
The problem has been solved. The problem turned out to be on the side of the provider that provides the authorization service on its external radius server. I had a different HTTP(S) Port for Portal configured than the standard one. And the provider listened and forwarded only to the default ports.
