Strange problem, the status page says 5GHz is disabled but it's enabled under dual band so not sure why it's not working and SSID is not visible.

How about status of Wireless 5GHz light? On status page, 5GHz is disabled but 2.4GHz is enabled?
Can you detect 2.4GHz network? Under Wireless 5GHz, do you mean that "enable SSID broadcast" is checked?

hi Yer both are enabled in dual band settings and both have their ssid enabled but only the 2ghz radio shows enabled and works fine.

So 2.4GHz wireless light is on but 5GHz wireless light is off?
If so, I think your device is faulty.
