Archer C7 V1 - Router Failure/Freeze in 5 minutes

Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version : Archer C7_v1_140903

My Archer C7 v1 AC Router freezes or becomes inaccessible also no internet access within 5 minutes
1. Admin page 192.168.0.1 becomes unreachable
2. System logs do not reflect router failure or sudden disconnection.
3. Changing Dual Band mode - Concurrent, 2.4Ghz, and 5Ghz Operation has the same issue. failure.
4. Logging in from 5Ghz on iPhone5, iPhone6, and iPad Mini 3 - causes router to fail faster
5. Wired or Wireless , logging-in from a single PC, phone, tablet, or NAS in network to isolate the problem - router still fails.
6. Factory reset, Reinstall latest firmware. - no change, router failure guaranteed within 5 minutes.
7. Asked ISP to change pubic IP 6 times to see if i'm being hacked - router still fails
