WDR4300 web login issue.

Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version : TL-WDR4300_v1_140916
ISP : RCS&RDS
Hi,
I've already searched the forums but couldn't find any fix for this issue on the router model.
Problem : "NOTE: The router allows only one administrator to login at the same time, please try again later."
I'm getting this error/note only when i'm trying to connect from outside the network.
Do you have any solution for this, or know when will be a new firmware released to fix this issue?
