Cannot open the link.
i sometimes notice that the internet connection is a bit slow for some period of time.
It takes time to open a webpage? Or you did a speedtest or downloaded something to compare the speed?

Slow as it takes a little more time to open a website. Its strange that you cant open a link. The thing is that i have router in my room. Desktop computer in connected to router with wire. I Have a static ip assigned in router for my computer(192.168.0.100). Router is in 2nd floor. On the first floor i have tplink range extender. Dhcp on range extender is disabled, because i have dhcp on on router. So other ips are from range extender and from other devices connected over wireless.
I dont know why you cant see the log file. I will post it again:
http://pastebin.com/6ZVmLCpN
Here is something copied out of log file in case you cant see it:

AC:22:0B:79:F6:2C should be MAC address of your modem or internet device on your ISP end as I think and the log is normal since there is no error at all...
Slow as it takes a little more time to open a website.
A specific website or all websites?
To connect directly to your modem works OK all the time?

I havent try direct connection to modem because other people needs the internet and i cant test this. I will test this when i will be able to test it. The only concern was the log file because of so much entries for one device. But if you say its normal than i guess it is...
Why isnt there a log like this:
Jan 3 20:42:24 DHCP INFO DHCPS:Send ACK to 192.168.0.100
Jan 3 20:42:27 DHCP INFO DHCPS:Recv INFORM from AC:22:0B:79:F6:2C
Jan 3 20:46:50 DHCP INFO DHCPS:Recv REQUEST from AC:22:0B:79:F6:2C
Just this entries... why are there so much for 1 device ?

Totally normal. These entries are recording the DHCP exchange operation between host[AC:22:0B:79:F6:2C] and the router.
Is AC:22:0B:79:F6:2C your computer's MAC address? If so, you may set a too short time for Address Lease Time in DHCP settings.
If AC:22:0B:79:F6:2C is the range extender's MAC address, it is normal too, because the range extender proxies the DHCP requests for the clients behind it.
And your tiny network congestion may be caused by clients competition, it is normal when you got a range extender and a lot of clients in the network,

Never try gargoyle. But Openwrt (Barrier Breaker) has support TL-WR1043ND v2. But always remember that damage on third-party firmware will void your warranty. Don't flash a third-party if you are not familiar with it.
Downloads for TL-WR1043ND v2.x
Stable (Barrier Breaker) Factory http://downloads.openwrt.org/

Why not try gargoyle ?
I noticed that in my log i have a new entry, labeled as warning:
191 Jan 8 07:51:11 DHCP WARNING DHCPS:lease host name not found
What does it mean ? I thnk this is a warning because the device which leased time experied is not connected at the moment ? Am i right ?

My mistake..I meant I hadn't tried gargoyle yet. Not familiar with gargoyle. Just try that firmware if you do like it.
Agree with your idea about the warning. As long as your devices can obtain IP addresses successfully, no need to worry about the logs.
