I have a VoIP ATA behind a C20i.
How to I enable QOS so VoIP gets any bandwidth it needs so that it is priority 1?

It depends on your VoIP device.

Take a call via your VoIP, keep talking.

Log into C20i, System Tools --> Statistics --> Current (Bytes), check how many Bytes your VoIP is requiring for both incoming/outgoing directions.

Then create bandwidth control rules for your VoIP device based on the statistics above, Priority 1.
