hi every one
i bought this access TL-WR740N and connected it to my local lan using wan port like the picture.but i can't manage it from my PC
any help!!!

Of course you can't..

What you want is accessing the WR740 from WAN. You need to log into it from the PC 192.168.1.3 or 192.168.1.2. And navigate to Security --> remote management to allow your PC 192.168.100.15 or all for all by entering 255.255.255.255
