If PPPoE connection is established on PC directly, how long does it take?
Your router is running in latest firmware?

I am referring to when ISP disconnects PPPoE and immediately starts another PPPoE session, its takes the TP-link router almost 2mins to re-establish a connection,
compared to other routers which take only seconds,

Firmware 3.13.33 Build 13056 ref.48660n

130506 is the firmware version? Verify hardware version. If it is V8, upgrade the firmware to see if it performs better.

That's right. Good news for you. There is newer firmware released recently. Upgrade it and reconfigure it to see if the problem continues.
