I am trying to connect my Samsung 4 TB diskstation to the C7. I am deploying it on a Mac network, but no matter what format I use (FAT or MAC OS) and using 4, 1 TB partitions, the USB scan function does not see it. However, mounting a USB flash drive, it is instantly seen, even at sizes of 7 GB.

I am unclear if it is the incorrect disk format or if it is a case that this drive is incompatible with the C7.

Has anyone had luck with this or in selecting the correct format and partition structure?
