Hi

I recently bought a TP link m7000 pocket wifi device to use when away in the campervan.

 

I bought a SMARTY unlimited data sim to go with it. The device doesn't recognise the sim, nor has it recognised my sim from my phone. 

 

The SMARTY sim works in my phone.

 

I see several people have had similar problems with tp link and SMARTY, wondering if anyone has resolved it or should I just get a sim from another provider?
