Region : UnitedStates

Model : Archer C5

Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version : 3.14.1 Build 141126 Rel.62171n

ISP :

2 routers in my house, latest firmware 3.14.1 Build 141126 Rel.62171n (same issue with previous firmware).

1st floor in my house - ARCHER C5 routing internet, NAT, DHCP, IP 192.168.1.1, SSID "My internet", chanel 1.
2nd floor in my house - ARCHER C5, connected via cable from LAN port of 1st router to LAN port of 2nd router, NAT disabled, IP 192.168.1.2, DHCP disabled, SSID same "My internet", chanel 9.

Problem with Samsung Galaxy S4 mobile phone when I am on 1st floor, internet working, going to second floor, internet NOT working, (192.168.1.1 not working, 192.168.1.2 WORKING). Need disable and enable WIFI on mobile, then internet is working...

Please could anyone help what could cause this issue and how to fix it? Thank you!

In my opinion, your routers doesn't have roaming system.

Roaming system - features automatic switching between AP , not used in SOHO routers like TP-link.
I think that your phone don't want to switching between your SSID and keeping all time same connection when you go to second floor.

Cross-over between SSID is default behavior of each wireless device. I still dont understand.
