deco X50 do not have power
One of the Deco X50 units does not have power and there is no light on the indicator. I checked the power source, but the socket outlet has power. what could be the reason?

Please ensure you are using the original power adapter, try different power sockets.
If you have other same Decos, please try to use a power adapter from another Deco for this Deco.
If there is still no power, that means this Deco is defective.If the Deco can be lit up, that means its original power adapter went defective.
You may confirm warranty with retailer or local support.
