Hi, my ftp for USB sharing is working from inside the network but not externally. Any ideas?

How did you access it remotely?
You can see Internet Access and public address on USB Settings---FTP Server page, right?
In Help, it says "users in a private LAN can access ftp server via Public Address while internet users can access ftp server via Internet Address.".
The internet address(WAN IP) is public or private?
private IP range:10.0.0.0—10.255.255.255； 172.16.0.0—172.31.255.255； 192.168.0.0—192.168.255.255
