Model: Archer AX11000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

PLEASE HELP.

I have had this router for several years now without any problems to date.

The router has today started dropping connection to devices intermittantly.

Now it has stopped being able to be connect to at all.

I have tried theter app, wifi, ethernet cable, different ethernet cables to no avail.

I have tried to reset button, holding the power button, the wifi button in the front, etc without any sucess.

The led on top flashes orange and then red. Reset gets the led to white, then orange , then stays on flashing red.

Please advise how can I connect to this router, the router has had the latest fireware upload to it 6 months ago without any issues.

There have been no power surges, etc.

I have modest level electonics and computer repair knowledge, but this has me stumped.

Any advise most welcomed.

Judging by your description there are two options - bad and worse.

Bad - the router power adapter had died - in time the electrolytic capacitors are drying and loose their characteristics.

Worse - the router itself had died - one could only guess what happend.

In both cases - your best bet would be to contact your local support for assistance and diagnostics.
