ISP : Plusnet

Bought a WA901 today and have it all set up except for the system time, where is it configured? I assume there is a ntp client somewhere.

There is no NTP feature in this product. Therefore no NTP neither DST.
Also, the emailing of the log does not work either.
If you have better experience, post it here.

Unfortunately another "half baked" product.

It is an access point and doesn't has any settings for Internet access, which means it is a pure layer 2 device and cannot access internet itself.

Since it cannot access internet itself, it cannot update time through NTP neither DST as routers do.
