I have tried setting up my extender but it did not work, so i moved closer to the router and connected it again, and it stopped allowing me to even connect. Not with the factory password and not with the password i had set up while configuring. So i tried factory reseting by holding the button for 10 seconds and it still will not allow me to connect. Please help.
