Is it possible for you to test wired connection to WDR3600?
How many wireless clients are connected? Are they all connecting to 2.4GHz, or dual bands?
Try to change the channel to 1, 6 or 11, channel width to 20MHz and transmit power to middle.

When wifi drops, is it shows disconnected on your phone/laptop/tablet? Or it keeps connected but no Internet availabe?

If it keeps connected but no Internet availabe, you can try disable IPv6 on the TL-WDR3600
