Hi,

I bought Archer c20i from Amazon today.

I was unable to access 5Ghz band signal. Both my Laptop and my android smartphone is not showing up 5ghz signal. but 2.4ghz is working good.

I'd be glad if anyone has a solution for it.

Hi,

Are you sure that your laptop and smartphone is supporting the 5GHz band?

If yes, don't you see the signal with an android app like Wifi Analyzer?

change "CHANNEL" frequency instead of "AUTO" ... it will work fine..
