I've got my Archer C9 set up and working perfectly on my home network, but now I want to apply parental controls to my children's devices.

However, using either the TP Link Tether app or browser access directly to the router, it seems that I have to set up both time of day and websites that I want them to have access to. Is it not possible to just set up the time of day that they can have access to the Internet; I do not wish to restrict access to the sites they can and can't see. Or am I misunderstanding the set up process?

For example, I want to set my son's laptop up to be have unfettered access to the Internet between 0700 and 2200, but for him to be blocked outside of these hours. Same for phone etc.

If somebody can advise how to configure this section I'd be most grateful!

Regards

Mark

Thanks HiSpeed, but this still seems to say I must put in specific web addresses that he can only have access to, or an I missing something?

I only want to restrict his access at specific times of day, not what he can actually access. Step 7 requires you to put in URLs, you can't actually leave them blank - I've tried to do that.

Cheers

Mark

If your children's devices use a wireless link, another solution is to set a guest network...
