Check if WLAN AutoConfig is enabled or not. If the utility still doesn't work properly, you can try to connnect with Windows built-in utility to see if it works.

I have the same problem,I have win7 64. windows built - in wireless also did not help. I've tried various ways to connect this adapter ( like reinstalling drivers, uninstalling utility, even switching off firewall and antivirus) nothing worked. Would appreciate any help.

I see the same page, I cannot enable soft ap mode, but with the windows 7 x64 built-in wifi utility I can connect to AP.
