DLNA / Media Server not working properly

Hi,
ever since version 141126 of the firmware, I cannot get the media server to work. My devices cannot see the server, but I can access the HDD through SMB.
I used to be able to see the router on my Android (phone and tablet), and my smart TV, but as of versions 15xxxx of the firmware, the router is not visible.
I tried to restore to factory defaults, and it did not fix the issue.
Toggling UPnP and Firewall settings has no impacts on it either.
Although I think this is a firmware bug, I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
