I am having a few questions around my recently bought Deco M4 3 pack from amazon india. 
 

I can't register the product even from india warranty website since I am getting error as S/N is not recognizable. 
 

Also the last 7 digits of S/N in the Box and the Units are completely different.
 

And the label in the box says Month & Year of manufacture as Dec 2024, but the S/N starts with 224. which I believe means 2022 Apr.

So want to understand whether I got a refurbished product instead of a new one ? Thanks !

About the product registration and warranty, it is suggested to to contact the local support team for further confirmation.

Sorry that we can not know the details in different countries.

However, we can make sure  what 224 means. If  S/N starts with 224, that means the product was made in 2024, as the first number "2" stands for another meaning that related how we define the category of our products.
