Enabling per-user statistics with deep packet inspection?

According to this video I configured the deep packet inspection:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NZdnHO6GwA8
The problem is that even though i followed all the steps in the video, once i navigate to Statistics ~ Application Analytics, I don't see any per-user statistics data but only overall statistics.
Here is my basic testing configuration.
Any ideas?

Hi @Bonesoul
Thanks for asking.
Just confirmed, OC400 supports full DPI features, including the Users Tab and per-user DPI, like this:
I had updated this info in the mentioned post. Thanks again.

My setup is:
- 1x ER8411 v1.0
- 1x OC300
- 3x SG3428XMP v3.20
- 1x SG3452X v1.20
- 1x SG3428X v1.30
In the video I do see a users section but no matter what I do not see the tab:

So according to this post https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/734076
per-user DPI is disabled for hardware controllers (which i do own OC300).
Is the feature also disabled in OC400?

I don't think this is ever supported.
Can you chime in?

Thanks for the info,
Then I'll be buying an OC400 to get the feature running on my network.

Update: after migrating from oc-300 to oc-400 I can now view per-user DPI statistics.

@Bonesoul
Im okwith not being able to handle individual users on OC300 but I would like to export these data for offline analysis. Is that possible? How
