The rx power of the SFP+ module on XYZ's port Te1/0/25 is higher than warning point.

Today I upgraded my companies oc-300 controller to oc-400 and then started getting this warnings:
The rx power of the SFP module on XYZ's port Te1/0/25 is higher than warning point. |
Should I check the port of the related switch? I did not change on thing on the switch side, how do I further debug and fix the issue?
I'm getting the warning around every 5 minutes.
My SFP+ modules are: Tp-Link TL-SM5110-SR MULTI MOD 10Gbase-LR

I re-plugged the modules and still the same. I guess I've a faulty or broken unit?

I've the exact same modules in my network and only one them gives this error. From my research it may be that the module could be faulty but I need more guideance to see if I need to replace it actually.

I replaced the sfp+ module on switch A (the one with the warning) and the warning logs are gone
