I own 2 days now an Archer C20i Router and my problem is the following:
At the same distance using Wifi analyzer from my Android phone 15 meter away from the router through 2 walls i have -72dBm signal for 2.4 Ghz at 65Mbps and only -90dBm or NO signal for 5GHz at 125Mbps.
I also check the signal with my laptop using a dualband usb stick of Cisco and i took the same result.
Why this happens, is my router defected?

Yes, I have a C20i too and it's normal to have weaker signal on 5Ghz because higher frequencies are attenuated more easily by walls.

I suggest you to use Acrylic Wifi to analyse the signal.

Without obstacle from 1 to 10m, I don't see any major difference for the signal strength between 2.4 and 5GHz with my Netgear R7000 or TP-Link Archer C7...

Here I see a big difference, distance is around ~7m, but there are 2 walls between router and that specific place.

You should try without obstacle, may be the C20i is not very good...
