Greeted with this error again this morning. Sounds like Omada Cloud is down again.

Glad I don't use TP-Link for Business just at Home. With no status page and poor uptime TP-Link is not Enterprise ready.

Hi  @kasa_user

We have continuous cloud monitoring mechanisms in place, and at the time, there were no abnormal alerts.

The cause of this issue could be due to various factors, including local network fluctuations.

If there were a problem with TP-Link's cloud service, we would have immediately received a large number of user reports.

Thanks for your understanding.

Hi  @kasa_user

Thanks for posting here.

The Omada cloud service was functioning normally when you made the post.

Based on this error message, it appears that you may have entered the wrong 2FA verification code.

Have you tried logging in again since then? Are you encountering the same error message?

I was experinced same issue and I disable two factor auth. I belive that's the NTP Issue in Omada cloud.
