  @Vincent-TP

At this point im really starting to wonder - is there some reason the EAP650 and 653 arent included in this or the last batch of beta's from a few months ago ?

The 650 did get a minor update a while ago, but still only 5.14 adapted firmware, its been completely missing from 5.15 adaptations now for about 5 months.

Has it gone EOL or something? some kind of issue preventing it getting a 5.15 adapted firmware?

I know you guys can only post what the devs / management allow you to post....but.....this is starting to get a bit concerning.

  @GRL

Most of Omada devices are EOL, it worries me a lot, I will have to consider other suppliers soon. TP-Link is spewing out new hardware versions at a rapid pace and a lot of it is not very old before it is EOL, here you can see the status for yourself,

@GRL  As per this FAQ https://www.tp-link.com/nordic/support/faq/3648/ the EOM (End of Maintenance, which I supposed could also refer to firmware support, I might be wrong) is 3 YRS after EOS (End of Sale) date.

So for an EAP650 v1 (like the ones I have) it should be 2027 the EOM.

  @Vincent-TP

The fact the 690E HD is still being ignored and not acknowledged by staff here is shameful.

current firmware for it doesn't even handle ipv6

I own two of these and this was the flagship..... Take them back from me and replace with the 773s make things right. Or assist in some way so that we have a properly supported product.

Thank you for your active engagement and feedback regarding the End-of-Life (EOL) status of some EAP models. Our team truly appreciates your support, and we understand your concerns about the transition timeline for these devices.

As technology and market demands evolve rapidly, our product strategies must adapt to ensure we deliver the latest innovations and optimal solutions to our customers. Our teams recognize the importance of maintaining your trust in TP-Link and are continually working to ensure that you can make the most of your devices.

  @Vincent-TP

So, are you saying the 650 is actually EOL and wont be getting any further feature improvements?

  @Vincent-TP

I get that you are front line but don't make the decisions,

the 690E HD first became available in Canada in July 23 and the firmware is dated May

Firmware Version

1.0.3 Build 20230510 Rel. 46843

Model

EAP690E HD(US) v1.0

So not a single firmware update ........

And this was the Flagship device.

My ubiquiti E7 showed up yesterday slowly making the move away from all tp link for me and my customers.

This reply showed me there is no care for your clients
