Hello from Germany,

 

After updating the VIGI app or VIGI Cloud, I can no longer use the Vigi app. The devices are red, and when I dial them, I get an error message saying the device needs to be registered in the VMS web portal.

Does anyone have a similar problem or even a solution?

Then add the device to VMS. Go to the VMS portal and add your device. 

VIGI cloud is a blurry description. At least it seems to be the device is not bound or added.
