Wifi Device Not Connecting to nearest Deco Unit

Check if you have Connection Preference feature in your Deco app, see Part 2 of the following FAQ: How to select a preferred signal source on the Deco App
Note that this feature usually does not work for devices that connect over 2.4GHz (they ignore it), but should work for devices on WiFi 5 (5GHz).
