Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version :

ISP :

I bought a TL-WR841N Router in Germany.

It was working so perfect but suddenly it dropped speed so bad, I can hardly get connection, I reset it twice but the problem still going on.

When I contect the cable directly to the computer de connection is perfect. but throug the router is very bad.

Please Help me out!

Are you connecting to WR841ND by wire or wirelessly?
Did you try to upgrade the firmware? Or reset and reconfigure it?

I bought the router 3 weeks ago, do you think I have to update the firmware?

Yes I reset the router 2 times and still very slow. Im studiying and cannot down load vids and stuff.

My router is plugged by cable, and I have a LAN Cable from the router to the computer, and still slow. But if I plugged the cable directly to my computer the internet service work perfect but I cant use other wifi devices.

Hard to say...
Check the hardware verison and firmware version.
If there is no newer firmware, replace it under warranty.
