For the TP-Link Archer C9 V1, the beta firmware 150908_beta, does not allow/work with SLAAC
I reverted back to firmware version 150811 as that one does support IPV6
However after reverting back, I still have "TP-Link BETA" as a wallpaper in my web interface of the C9. Any way to solve this?
thanks,
Hendrik-Jan

For the TP-Link Archer C9 V1, the beta firmware 150908_beta, does not allow/work with SLAAC
Can you explain it in details? No SLAAC option? Or Failed to obtain IPv6 address? Or any other problem with SLAAC?
However after reverting back, I still have "TP-Link BETA" as a wallpaper in my web interface of the C9. Any way to solve this?
Clear browering cache of your web browser and the wallpaper will disappear. Give a try.

The options are all available in the router.
However no client machine gets an ipv6 anymore.
In the previous firmware version, with the same settings does give an ipv6 address to all client machines.
As for the wallpaper: I will give it a shot, thanks.

Can you provide screentshots of your configuration?

Did you try this?

Try turning off IPTV and IGMP Proxy. That fixed the same problem (with IPv6) for me.
I posted this issue and my solution about a week ago, but there was zero response from TP Link about it. Turning off IPTV acquired an IPv6 address, but Comcast's IPv6 readiness tests still failed. After turning off both, I passed the IPv6 tests again.

My ISP is Unity Media, config for IPV6 as below. IPv4 is a fixed address.
IGMP and IPTV are off. (were never on)

IPv6 - Archer C9 Still Not Working on Latest Firmware V1_150916
2015-11-27 15:15:56
Dear TP-Link Support,
Please help-- It's become pretty frustrating..
Is this a known issue and is there a fix to it?
1. IPv6 was working fine before applying 150908_beta firmware
2. I tried downgrading to C9_V1_150507 but IPv6 won't work anymore. Also tried disabling IGMP and IPTV and didn't help
3. IPv6 is still not working after applying latest firmware C9_V1_150916 - Published Date 16/09/15

My ipv6 works with C9_V1_150916. When connected to main router, things are really smooth. When connected via powerline adapter itself or powerline + access point, speeds are cut in half.
Either way, pass all ipv6 tests.
