Hi. I have 3 VIGI C540 4g cameras. Two are working perfectly but the third activates every 3 minutes with the code of camera tampering I have tried a reset and the firmware is up to date.
Make sure the power supply is good. Unstable power supply can cause irratic behavior on the product.
If this persists, you can consider the RMA.
