Any update on this issue?
You cannot find it under network adapters or other devices, right?
It should be your PC's problem. Is it possible for you to verify it on a different PC?

Well tried it on a different computer and it worked. Also tried to remove the graphic card and the new ram and installing a new fresh windows 7.
Now I think that it shows up as an "Unknown Device" not sure that it is the card but probably is. But the installer can still not detect the card at all so can't install the drivers.

The problem to me about Windows 10 is that I don't know how to reset Dell password on Windows 10 within steps. Another trouble is that how can I get a simple Windows boot genius to deal with Windows 10 black/blue screen to death. Can you tell me how to solve theset problems? Thank you.
I am not sure how to fix those problems but I reinstalled my computer with windows 7 and still doesn't work.

Did you try to plug any USB driver to see if it works on that PC?
Ask some computer technician to check your PC.

You need a USB drive for creating a bootable reset disk, then insert it to your locked Dell laptop and bypass windows password.

When I inserting my USB to my computer, it always keeps saying "failed to install the driver", why?
