Model: ER8411  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.0 Build 20250305 Rel.45231

Dear Team,

 

Need help to update ER8411 Router from 1.3.0 Build 20250305 Rel.45231 to 1.3.2 Build 20250610 Rel.85512. When ever I try to upgrade/downgrade it says version already present. Can you please help me to update Router.

Manually upgrade your firmware to 1.3.1, then proceed with the online upgrade from 1.3.1 to 1.3.2 or directly to 1.3.2.

Your current firmware is not available, which could be the reason that the server cannot properly detect this firmware and proceed with an upgrade.
