Firmware Version: 1.32.6 Build 20241101 Rel.41525 (Stable)

Hi,

i have two EAP610 on two floors house adopted by OC200v1 controller.

My phone (oppo reno 6 5g) randomically get disconnected from wifi, and in the controller's log i see:

[Failed]XX-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX failed to connect to EAP610-PP with SSID "B.Home" on channel 1 because the password was wrong.(1 time in the last minute)

I get this problem randomically, with both EAPs and with both bands (2Ghz and 5Ghz) of them.

What i could check?

Hi  @Antony23

Thanks for your posting. To understand the issue better, please let us know the following info:
1. How often will the disconnection issue happen?
2. When the issue happened, would the SSID disappear, or still show on the wifi list?
3. How will the connection be recovered? Will it be recovered automatically, or will a reboot be required?
4. Is the mentioned phone the only client that has this disconnection issue?
5. Did you configure portal authentication for the SSID? Please share a screenshot of the SSID config page.

In the meantime, you may refer to the following guide to do some optimization:

How to optimize wireless performance of EAP products

If create a test SSID without password, will the same thing occur?
